The playbook

Everything a recruit needs, under the lights.

01 · AI · ProFilm

Highlight video maker

Drop in a full game or a Veo link and give your jersey number. The AI finds you, follows you all game, reads your number up close, knows when you're on the bench, and cuts a highlight reel you can download.

02 · AI

AI recruiting assistant

Drafts coach emails from your profile with the seven outreach templates, plans your follow-ups and suggests profile improvements.

03

School tracker

Every college, coach, status and note in one list. Five schools free, unlimited with Pro.

04

Follow-up reminders

See what's due and what's overdue, and add follow-up dates to your calendar.

05

Athlete profile

Height, weight, class year, positions and the metrics coaches in your sport ask for, plus a printable one-pager.

06 · Included free

Outreach templates

Seven editable emails with your details filled in, subject options and one-tap copy.

How it works

Three steps from the field to a coach's inbox.

  1. 01

    Create your athlete profile

Add your sport, class year, positions and measurements. It takes about two minutes.

  2. 02

    Make your highlight reel

Upload a game. The AI tracks you play by play and builds the clips. You review them and download your reel.

  3. 03

    Reach out and follow up

Build your school list, let the assistant draft each coach email, and stay on top of every follow-up date.

Every sport we support

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is my athlete profile private?

Yes. Your profile and school list are stored in your secure RecruitFlow account and are never posted publicly. Only you can see them after signing in with your verified email and password.

Is data stored on my device?

Your recruiting data is stored in your RecruitFlow account so it is available on any device. Game videos you use with the highlight maker stay on your device; only still frames are sent for AI analysis.

How does the AI assistant use my information?

When you ask for help, the message you type plus your sport, positions, class year, measurements, metrics and school list are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write a response. Your name, email, phone number, notes and coach contact details are not sent. Check every draft before you send it.

Who can use RecruitFlow?

High-school athletes aged 13 or older and their families. Athletes aged 13–17 need a parent or guardian to confirm by email before using the workspace.

Does RecruitFlow guarantee a scholarship or recruiting offer?

No. RecruitFlow is an organization tool, not a recruiting agency. No offers, admissions, or scholarships are guaranteed.

What does Free include?

Five tracked schools, full athlete profile with sport metrics, stage-based plan, seven outreach templates, follow-up tracking and overdue alerts, printable one-pager, calendar export, data export/import, 5 AI assistant messages and 1 AI highlight video.

How do I get Pro?

Create a free account, then open Account & settings and choose Pro: $24.99 a month or $199 a year. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Open Account & settings and select Manage or cancel subscription. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

What are video credits?

Pro includes up to 5 AI highlight videos a day and 30 a month. Video credits let Pro members make more: 1 credit makes 1 video. Credits never expire.

        AI recruiting help

        Assistant

Drafts coach emails from your profile, plans follow-ups and turns game film into a highlight reel. Check every draft before you send it.

        Ask the assistant

Tap a prompt above or type your own question. The assistant only uses facts from your profile and school list, and never sees your name, email, phone number or notes.

        Draft emails for several schools

Creates a separate, ready-to-edit email for up to 8 of your tracked schools in one request.

        Highlight video maker AI

Choose a full game video and tell the assistant your jersey number and colour. It finds the moments you are in the play and builds a highlight reel you can download and send to coaches. Your video stays on this device; only still frames are sent for analysis.

Positions you played in this game
        Choose positions
Tick every position you played; the AI watches for all of them.
Take a screenshot from this game where you're on screen, then tap yourself in it. The AI uses it to recognise and follow you all game, even far from the camera.

Free includes one highlight video. Pro includes up to 5 a day (30 a month), and video credits make more. The AI can miss plays or pick the wrong player, so review every clip before you share the reel. Keep this tab open while it works; a full game can take 30–60 minutes and sends a lot of data, so use Wi-Fi.
